The Basics
How does the program work?
You sign up and get your own personal link and code. I send you a Creator Circle Welcome Bundle — 2 to 4 pieces of XO Hannah with proven sales data behind them. You post as you see fit, with total creative freedom. Anyone who shops via your link or code gets 15% off their order, and you earn 15% cash commission on every order placed through your link.
Is my commission based on the price before or after the discount?
After. Your 15% is calculated on what the customer actually paid — their total once the 15% discount is applied, not the original price. If their order comes to $100 after discount, you earn $15. That's the full math, every time.
What happens after someone shops my link?
Their discount applies automatically at checkout, your commission is tracked automatically in the system, and payouts go out monthly via PayPal once your balance passes $20.
How long does my link stay active on a customer's cart?
Your link uses a 30-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and orders within 30 days — even if they leave and come back later — you get credit for the sale.
Gifting & Growing Together
Do I need to hit a sales number to keep getting free product?
There's no pressure or posting quota — but if you're enjoying the product and it's earning you money, we want to keep that going. Creators who make 10+ sales within 30 days of receiving their bundle are considered for ongoing monthly gifting. Creators who make 30+ sales within 30 days are considered for 2-3 gifted bundles a month, bonuses, and early access to promote new drops.
Terms & Trust
What are the terms, and how does either of us exit?
Full terms are in your UpPromote signup, sent when you join. Either of us can end the partnership anytime, no questions asked. If we're the ones stepping back, any commissions you've already earned get paid out first — that's non-negotiable on our end.
Will you use my content in ads or on your page?
Never without asking you first. If you tag us, we'll often reshare to our page — free exposure for you, our favorite way to say thanks. If we ever want to run paid ads using your content, that's a separate conversation and a separate offer, with terms we agree on together.
Creative Freedom
Do you need to approve my posts before I publish?
No. Gift + commission affiliates post freely — no submissions, no waiting on us. We picked pieces we think you'll genuinely love; the rest is your voice, your platform.
Do I have to be exclusive to XO Hannah?
No exclusivity clause, full stop. If you're into gold-plated jewelry and want to feature pieces we don't carry, tell us — we may be able to source or create them with you if you're doing real volume. The one thing we ask: if you're actively promoting another waterproof gold-plated brand at a similar price point to ours, let's talk first, since that's the one lane where gifting doesn't make sense for either of us. Everything outside that — different styles, different categories — is totally fine.
