The Jewelry
Is this jewelry really water safe? Yes. Really. We mean it.
Every XO Hannah piece is crafted from 18k gold plated stainless steel or titanium — waterproof, sweat proof, hypoallergenic and anti-tarnish. Wear it in the ocean. Sleep in it. Take it to the gym. Never take it off. That's the whole point.
Will it turn my skin green? Never. Every piece is hypoallergenic with a stainless steel or titanium core. No green skin. No irritation. No regrets.
Is the gold real? The gold plating is real — 18k gold over a stainless steel or titanium base. This is the same quality standard used by brands you'd find at Nordstrom. We just cut out the middleman and passed the savings to you.
How do I care for my jewelry? Honestly? Just wear it. It's designed to handle your actual life.
That said — a few things will keep it looking its best longer:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals like bleach or strong cleaning products
- Pat dry after swimming in chlorinated pools
- Rinse & wipe with microfiber after ocean/gym salt water exposure
- Store in your XO Hannah pouch when not wearing

Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship? We ship every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed before midnight the day prior will go out on the next shipping day.
So if you order on a Tuesday — your order ships Thursday. Order on a Friday — ships Monday. Simple and predictable. ✨
How long will delivery take? Once shipped most orders arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on it and will announce when international shipping becomes available. Stay tuned. 🌊
Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order goes out. If you don't see it check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll sort it out.
I need my order by a specific date — can you help? Reach out to us at hello@xohannah.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. We can't make promises but we always try. 💛
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to absolutely love your XO Hannah pieces. If for any reason you don't, we offer full refunds within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging.
To start a return simply email us at hello@xohannah.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Easy. No stress. No judgment.
What about exchanges? Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Same deal — item must be unworn and in original packaging. Just reach out and we'll make it happen.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? First — we're so sorry. That should never happen.
Email us at hello@xohannah.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately. No questions asked.
