Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
We accept full refunds within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging.
To start a return simply email us at shopxohannah@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Easy. No stress. No judgment.
Once we receive your item in its original condition your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different piece? We'd love to help you find your perfect match.
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging.
Just reach out to us at shopxohannah@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what you'd love instead. We'll make it happen. 💛
The Fine PrintÂ
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original XO Hannah packaging
- Accompanied by your order number
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear. Not because we're strict — but because we want to make sure every woman who receives an XO Hannah piece gets something that feels brand new and beautiful.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective we are so sorry — that should never happen.
Please email us at shopxohannah@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
We'll send a replacement immediately. No questions asked. ✅
The XO Hannah Promise
This is separate from our return policy and it's important.
If your piece fades or tarnishes within six months of purchase — reach out and we'll replace it. Full stop. No drama. No fine print. Just our word.
